Emerald: Give me one good reason not to personally throw you out the door, slaver.

(The lupino raises his gaze to her.)
Lupino: I heard you were direct, and you do not disappoint.
Lupino: I'm here just to make sure you want to keep your subjects safe, your Imperial Majesty.

(Emerald stands. Kieran hold his hands in front of her, should she lose her balance.)
Kieran: (whispering) Please be careful, your Majesty. You're still recovering.
Emerald: (softly) I'm not made of glass, Kieran.

Emerald: Just to be clear: You're here to demand something of me to keep my subjects safe.

(The wolf closes his eyes and shrugs.)
Lupino: In such few words... Yes.
[Panel 6]
(Emerald's ears flatten back and her nostrils flare.)
Emerald: You have nothing to demand. You and your kind will leave this Empire, or we will hunt you down to the last. I am not the same kind of weak fool my parents were. If I hear of you in my kingdom again, I will put you down myself.
Emerald: I suggest you leave. Now.
