(Kieran looks back from the body of the wolf who stabbed her. His horn begins to glow with magic, just as she collapses to the ground.)

(Emerald is motionless. Still more smoke rises from her.)

(He carefully picks her up, rolling her towards him. His magic seems dulled as it streams from his horn. Her eyes are barely open.)
